How do I know what size to order? Most of our helmets come in one size (female Medium), with a size adjuster. This adjuster at the back should allow our helmets to fit most adult female cyclists. However, if it does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days (as long as the product is in good condition). For other products with various sizes, please refer to each product description for the size guide.
Do your helmets comply with safety standard?
Yes, our helmets comply with standard CE EN1078, and American CPSC.
Shipping:
Do you ship internationally? And How much does it cost? Yes, we ship internationally to most of the countries.
Shipping costs can be calculated in your shopping cart. Add the items you'd like to your Cart and click on the link for "International" or "your country name", then the shipping cost will appear on the right.
How will my order be shipped? We use either Royal Mail or FedEx for all of our shipments. Within the UK, the shipping is Royal Mail 1st class Signed for, which should take around 1-2 working days from the dispatch. For international orders, the shipping is usually Royal Mail International Signed for. To European destinations, it should take around 3 working days from the dispatch. To the rest of the world, it will take around 5-7 days.

How can I pay? You can use your Paypal account or pay with major credit cards using our shopping basket facility. Please follow the instructions in our online shop.
How soon does the products get dispatched? It depends on the stock status, but please allow 3 working days before the dispatch. If there is anything particularly urgent, please contact us at info@cyclefashion.co.uk
What is the status of my order? Once the product you ordered is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can see the status of your order in your respective courier's website.
Can I buy them from a retailer? Our products are in many beautiful retailers around the world. Please browse our retailer list to find your favorite!
Returns:
What is your return policy? You have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order and to obtain a refund for the item purchased. In order to return, please contact us on info@cyclefashion.co.uk first.
Can I exchange a product? You may exchange an item by placing a new order and then returning your original order for a full refund. If you received the wrong item, please contact us. Please keep in mind the item you need may go out of stock before we receive your return.
